The combination of Sauvignon Blanc and Assyrtiko produces a fruity and splendidly aromatic wine, of a clear pale yellow colour with greenish reflections.
The nose is intense and fresh, a blend of citrus and mango. The clean crispness in the mouth is enhanced by a buttery touch.

Idisma Drios Chardonnay, White, Regional Wine of Drama.

Idisma Drios means ‘sweetly oaked’, a name that reflects the rich sweetness imparted by the oak barrel to the flavour and aroma of Chardonnay.
After the skin contact maceration, the wine is vinified in new French oak barrels and matures for about 5 months with its fine lees for maximum body and aromatic complexity.
This wine is a rich golden yellow colour. The distinctively fragrant aroma of tropical fruits has underlying hints of vanilla and honey. In the mouth the wine is rich, full bodied, beautifully balanced, with a pleasant freshness.
Serve cool, at 10-12°C. Enjoy with seafood, grilled grassy fish, braised meat with white sauces, smoked cheese. Responds well to further ageing. |
Idisma Drios Assyrtiko, White, Regional Wine of Drama.

Assyrtiko and oak seem made for one another, and here we have a superb example of that relationship. The name Idisma Drios reflects the rich sweetness imparted to the wine by its sojourn in the oak barrels.
After the skin contact maceration, the must is fermented in new and once used French oak barrels and matures in contact with its fine lees for about 5 months, for maximum body and aromatic complexity.
This wine has a bright golden yellow colour, and a complex aroma compounded of caramelised citrus fruits with persistent underlying oak notes. In the mouth, the sense of volume is perfectly balanced by a lively crispyness.
Serve cool, at 10-12°C. Enjoy with shellfish, oily fish, poultry or pork with white sauces, spicy cheeses.
Responds well to further ageing. |

A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Brilliant rose-red colour. Delightfully fragrant, with a broad fresh palette compounded of ripe strawberries, blackberries and black cherries.
Full-bodied, well structured, refreshingly crisp.
Serve cool, at 10-12°C.
Enjoy with pasta, white meats with fresh tomato sauces, vegetable dishes (e.g. mushrooms au vin, aubergine roulade, stuffed tomatoes), charcuterie and cheese plates.

The Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes that take part in the wine varietal composition are vinified separately, by the classic red vinification method. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for at least 12 months in French oak barrels
This wine has a deep purplish colour.
The complex, beautifully open bouquet of cherries and plums, with notes of pepper and vanilla.
In the mouth it is rich, mature, fleshy, well structured, with beautifully softened tannins.
A delightful wine of real character, which can be consumed fresh or aged for several years.
Serve at 16-18°C. Enjoy with strongly flavoured dishes, such as game, red meats, poultry in spicy sauces.

Idisma Drios Merlot, Red, Regional Wine of Drama.

This select varietal wine is made exclusively from Merlot grapes, cultivated in low yield vineyardsand thus maximum phenolic ripeness. After the maceration and the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Deep purple colour. Complex bouquet of spices and ripe black fruits (wild strawberries, blackberries). With the high alcohol content nicely balanced by its crispness and noble tannins, the wine is mature, full-bodied, with a long aftertaste.
Serve at 16-18°C. Enjoy with game, highly seasoned red meat, ripe cheeses. Responds well to further ageing. |
Idisma Drios Syrah, Red, Regional Wine of Drama.

Produced from Syrah grapes grown on the estate in acidic soils. After a long maceration, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for about 12 months in French oak barrels.
Dense, extremely deep red colour with purple tints. Complex, beautifully evolved bouquet, a blend of plum, pepper and truffle. Rich and full-bodied in the mouth, well-structured, with vigorous tannins and a long, lingering aftertaste.
Serve at 16-18°C. Enjoy with game, well-seasoned red meats, ripe cheeses. Responds well to further ageing. |
